30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all unused and/or undamaged units. The units must be unaltered and must have the shipping and packing materials in original condition. A 10% restocking fee applies and all refunds will be minus the actual shipping charges to and from Hi and Dry Covers.
Upon acceptance and inspection of the return, all funds will be returned to the original method of payment (minus all fees).
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect the company reserves the right to remedy any minor defects in defective units by replacing defective, inoperable or missing parts rather than offering a refund or exchange.
After 30 days, and up to 90 days from the date of the purchase, if you are not happy with your TV Fortress enclosure, and have opened it, you can return it for a refund, less actual shipping charges to and from Hi and Dry Covers. The unit(s) must be undamaged and in original new condition. Our restocking fee after 30 days, and up to 90 days, is 20% and applies to all opened/new non defective TV Fortress enclosures.
All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment minus all fees and will be processed on our end within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Hi and Dry Covers DOES NOT accept returns on units that have been drilled, scratched, damaged, or abused as they cannot be resold as new products. Please call our customer service department for help at 1-724-826-8377 anytime during normal business hours which are between 9:30am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
3 year warranty on Paint.
Peeling or delamination of the topcoat and/or other layers of paint.
Cracking or checking.
Loss of gloss caused by cracking, checking and hazing.
